What Vacancies Became the Most Popular Among Ukrainians in 2025
In 2025, Ukrainians are showing a significant increase in job search activity, particularly in certain professional fields. An analysis revealed that the most dynamic growth over the year is seen in vacancies in the “Jobs Abroad” category and related sectors.
Leaders of the Year: Nannies, Realtors, and Jobs Outside Ukraine
The most impressive growth rate in the number of applications was recorded for the position of nanny abroad — the number increased by 346% compared to September 2024. Following closely are realtors and real estate sales managers, with applications for these positions rising by 337%. Other vacancies in the “Jobs Abroad” category also show noticeable growth — up by 317%.
Professions that are actively gaining popularity include welders abroad (+250%), administrators (+245%), lawyers (+233%), and cosmetologists (+209%).
Popularity of Office and Creative Professions
Stable growth has also been observed among office and creative professions. In particular, more and more Ukrainians are interested in vacancies for office managers, PC operators, SMM managers, and procurement specialists.
In the “Retail/Sales” category, applications for the position of administrator increased by 245%, while for customer service manager, they rose by 230%. At the same time, in the “Banks/Finance/Insurance” sector, the lawyer vacancy received 233% more applications, and the popularity of the cosmetologist profession increased by 209% over the year.
In the field of office, creative, and communication activities, there is also moderate but steady growth. For instance, in the “Other” subcategory within the “Banks/Finance/Insurance” segment, the increase was 177%, in “Call Centers/Telecommunications” — 161%, and in “Advertising/Design/PR” — 157%. The number of applications for the procurement manager position increased by 150%, for SMM manager — by 125%, and for laborers — by 114%.
