Salaries for jobs with included housing in Ukraine increased by 20% over the year, but the demand for such offers fell by 26%.
According to a job portal in Ukraine, the average salary in employment vacancies that offer housing in February 2026 was ₴30,000 ($694 at the average monthly rate in February), compared to ₴25,000 ($649 at the February 2025 rate) a year earlier. At the same time, the number these vacancies decreased by 6% – from 9,044 in 2025 to 8,464 this year. The demand for jobs with housing also dropped by 26% over the year.
The largest number of offers is in the manufacturing sector – 1,569 vacancies with a median salary of ₴32,500 ($754), which is 18% higher than last year. Other popular professions include security guards, drivers, handyworkers, loaders, nannies, builders, salespeople, and auto mechanics.
The Kyiv region remains the leader in the labor market with 3,346 vacancies offering a median salary of ₴31,500 ($731), a 15% increase year-over-year. The fewest job offers with housing are in Mykolaiv with 91 vacancies, Donetsk with 26, and Kherson with 20. Even in these regions, salaries have increased on average by 18% to 43% annually.
